More flexible bid adjustments and a new service address field

Motive Trade now supports category-based bid adjustment rules (body type, price range, odometer) alongside the existing model-specific rules. Set a priority order when multiple rules apply to the same vehicle, and see exactly which rule fired on each trade-in in the activity feed. Dealers can also give their service department its own address so shoppers always get directions to the right location.
Motive Trade Bid Adjustment Control

Bid adjustments in Motive Trade got a significant upgrade this week including:
Attribute-based rules. Dealers can now write bid adjustment rules based on vehicle attributes: body type, price range, and odometer range. A single rule can cover something like "any SUV under $30,000 with under 60,000 miles." These work alongside existing model-specific rules, and the drawer defaults to attribute-based mode when creating a new rule.
Priority ordering. When multiple rules match the same vehicle, dealers can now set a priority order to control which rule applies. Only the highest-priority matching rule is used, and the order can be changed from the bid adjustments list at any time without affecting rule configurations.
Activity feed visibility. The Overview and Activity Feed now show which rule matched each vehicle and how much it adjusted the offer. Click an active rule to jump straight to its configuration. If a rule was later edited or removed, the record still reflects what was applied at the time.

Find all of this under Admin > Engagement > Trade > Configuration tab > Bid Adjustments.
Give your service department its own address
Dealers whose service department is at a different address from their showroom can now add a dedicated service address in Admin. The service address appears on the map and directions elements of the site, so shoppers get directions to the right location instead of the main lot. Previously, the only workaround was a custom Google Maps embed.

Improvements
- Video uploads are now processed and served in optimized formats to reduce file size and improve page load times for pages with embedded video.
- Applied filter chips on inventory pages now shrink to fit when the text is long, hovering shows the full label, and model filters display as chips reliably including inside the mobile Make/Model drawer.
- Site headers and mega menus no longer overflow or crowd the logo, subsections group more naturally, an inventory count appears as a small badge, and a picture-style menu item with no image falls back to a standard text link.
Fixes
- The Motive Trade trade-in CTA now opens a single modal. Previously, clicking the CTA opened two overlapping modals on some inventory pages.
- Departments with no hours set no longer appear on the site or in CMS elements so that shoppers and dealers do not see empty department listings.
