Dealers now control their pricing stack in Admin.

The Pricing Configs tool is now live in Admin for dealership users. You can build, edit, and publish your pricing stack directly. Collections now show every place they appear across your site, so editing or removing one no longer means guessing at what might break. The Event Calendar element now lets dealers control which tabs appear and in what order.

Pricing Configs is now available in Admin

The Pricing Configs tool is now available directly in Admin for dealership users. You can build, edit, and publish the pricing stack that controls how inventory prices appear to shoppers, for any structure you run: a simple price with MSRP, a transparent stack that shows shoppers exactly how the final price is calculated, or a multi-tier conditional layout.

What this includes:

• Build a line-item stack with any combination of MSRP, your price, conditional incentives, fees, and disclaimers
• Configure your stack separately for SRP cards, vehicle detail pages, and the price drawer
• Set a canonical price so what shoppers see on your site matches what feeds to third-party listing sites
• Support transparent pricing that breaks down every discount and incentive leading to the final price
• Save a draft and preview before making changes live
• Publish and update your config directly from Admin

Many dealers are already set up and can open the editor now under Admin > Inventory > Pricing Configs. If you do not see it yet, reach out to your Motive rep or Motive Support to request access.

Collections now show where they appear

The Collections list in Admin now includes a Placements column that shows exactly where each collection is being used across your site. Collections not referenced anywhere display "Not used anywhere." For those that are in use, you'll see a count you can hover to reveal the exact spots: page embeds, navigation links, redirects, quick tags, badges, overlays, and fees and incentives. This makes it much safer to edit or remove a collection, since you can check the full impact before making any changes. Find it under Admin > Inventory > Collections.

Event calendar tabs are now customizable

The Event Calendar element now lets dealers control which tabs appear and in what order. You can toggle any tab off or drag them into your preferred order. For example, you could lead with Upcoming and hide Past events entirely. Find the controls under Website > Pages by opening any page with an Event Calendar element.

Improvements

• For stores using the built-in ComplyAuto or KPA consent banners, Google Analytics, ads, and personalization tracking now default to denied the instant the page starts loading, before any tracking can fire. This applies automatically with nothing to configure. Dealers managing consent through a third-party banner can opt in under Admin > Dealership > Integrations > Compliance > GA4 Privacy Settings.
• Vehicle titles on search result cards are now fully clickable across the entire title area, not just the text itself. Previously, clicking in the empty space beside the title did nothing.
• The payment calculator on vehicle detail pages now labels the loan-term selector with text and a calendar icon, so shoppers know what the number of months refers to. The label follows your existing calculator copy and can be edited like any other payment calculator text.

Fixes

• SEO Suggestions on blog posts now read the full post body before recommending title changes, so suggestions better reflect what the post is actually about. This improves accuracy for posts with specific model year references and community or lifestyle content.
• The trade-in tool no longer freezes when vehicle data is slow to load. Previously, a slow or unresponsive data request could stall the page indefinitely for shoppers mid-trade.
