Pricing Configs now supports lead-gating pricing
Dealers can now control which pricing line items shoppers see before submitting a lead. Dealers can also hide any element in the page builder temporarily without deleting it. Four improvements and seven fixes also shipped this week.
Gated pricing for unidentified shoppers

Dealers can now control which pricing line items are visible to shoppers who have not yet submitted a lead. Each line item can be set to show or hide based on whether the shopper has been identified. Once a lead comes in, the full pricing stack becomes visible. This gives dealers a way to encourage lead submission before revealing detailed pricing breakdowns.
Hide elements without deleting them
Any element in the page builder can now be hidden without deleting it. Set an element to hidden and it disappears from the live site but stays in Admin. Turn it back on when the time is right. This makes it easy to manage seasonal promotions, in-progress content, or anything dealers want to pull down temporarily without losing their work.
Find the visibility toggle on any element in the page builder.
Improvements
- Dealers can now enable a "New" or "Used" prefix on vehicle listing titles so that listings meet FTC and state-level condition labeling requirements. Enable it in Admin under vehicle listing settings.
- Dealer sites now explicitly permit OpenAI, ChatGPT, and Perplexity bots in robots.txt so that dealer inventory and content surface in AI-powered search results. Previously, those bots were not blocked, however they were not explicitly allowed either.
- Mega menu sections that contain only empty collections no longer render their section label so that navigation stays clean for dealers with partially configured menus.
Fixes
- Changing the loan term in the payment calculator now updates the monthly payment correctly. Previously, the estimated payment stayed fixed no matter which term a shopper selected.
- Form submissions with a consent checkbox no longer send ": true" as a comment in the ADF lead. Previously, when a shopper checked the consent box but left the comments field blank, the CRM received ": true" in the comments instead of nothing.
- The Locked Price filter in Admin now returns vehicles for dealers using Pricing Configs. Previously, the filter showed zero results for those dealers.
- The Motive Chat popover can now be closed. Previously, it was stuck open on some pages.
- The default form success message now reads "Thank you for Your submission" with correct capitalization.
