Trade-in values can be presented as a range.

Dealers can now show trade-in estimates as a range rather than a single number. Inventory pages now load vehicle data on the first request, so shoppers see cars faster and search engines can index your lot accurately.
Trade-in values, shown as a range
Instead of showing shoppers one hard number, the trade-in tool can now show a range, such as $18,000 to $22,000. A range feels less like a take-it-or-leave-it offer, which can keep more shoppers in the conversation rather than walking away when the number doesn't match what they expected. Dealers set how wide the range goes. It shows on the shopper's valuation page, in Trade activity, and on the lead that reaches the CRM.
To turn it on, go to Engagement > Trade > Configuration > Global Settings, turn on Enable valuation range, and set the adjustments. A live preview is on that same card.
SRPs load faster for Google and AI tools
Google and AI tools like ChatGPT can now see your inventory better on the main inventory pages. All, New, and Used inventory pages now include full vehicle data the instant they load. That matters for search engines that don't run scripts. With this enhancement, those pages include vehicle data in a format search engines and AI tools can read directly, without needing to run the page first.
Motive Chat improvements
For dealers with shared inventory, results now rank by what the shopper asked for rather than by which rooftop is home. "Are you open right now?" now uses each store's own timezone instead of the shopper's device, so shoppers browsing from another coast get the right answer. Replies also appear as soon as they are ready. Nothing to turn on.
Additionally. "Are you open right now?" and similar hours questions in chat now use the dealership's timezone rather than the shopper's device timezone, so shoppers browsing from a different coast get the correct answer.
Enhancements
- Dealer sites now load a smaller set of icons, and the icon picker in Admin is now a searchable grid instead of a dropdown. You'll notice it anywhere you pick an icon such as in navigation or page content.
Fixes
- Recurring events in Admin now save without showing an "Error saving event" alert. Previously, the alert fired on every save even when the event was saved correctly, causing unnecessary doubt.
